Restaurant at the Top
Located on the 27th floor of the Morongo Casino and Resort, this steakhouse is the most upscale choice among the dining options of the hotel. The dining room has a color palette influenced by the desert, with shades of tan, brown, and cream; several chandeliers hang from the ceiling and reflect rotating arrays of blue, green, and red, making the restaurant look like a jewel from the outside. Steaks are cooked on a grill at 1,200-degrees to create a crisp char on the outside, and specialties like a lamb porterhouse and scallops with mushroom ragout are also available.
