Attached to the Auditorium Parco della Musica — one of Italy’s most popular performance venues — is ReD Restaurant and Design. The color red can be seen throughout the dining room on chairs, candles, and curtains, highlighting fixtures from famous designers like Victoria and Albert. An adjoining egg-shaped patio with low wicker chairs and high-standing, multicolored light fixtures is the lounge counterpart to the formal indoor area, which itself is meant to look like a wine cellar with walls of shelved bottles. Chef Daniel Carelli produces a menu of modern takes on classic Roman dishes like a tartare of beef leg with stone fruits.
