This little-known sushi spot sits near the train tracks on the outskirts of downtown’s Little Tokyo (not far from Skid Row), so don’t try to find it without GPS. The sushi is absolutely pristine, and served on artisanal Japanese pottery.
We loved: Uni; fatty tuna.
