Part bistro and part wine bar, Q.B. Quantobasta is a multipurpose venue owned by sisters Elisa and Alessandra Ruggi. The industrial-style dining room is designed with high ceilings, white tiled walls, and exposed enamel light fixtures, and additional seating is available outside in a glass-domed garden. The bar serves Mediterranean small plates along with more than 400 wines, including selections by Masseto, one of the most famous wine producers in Tuscany. Q.B. also has an affordable lunch buffet and a more formal dinner menu with dishes like crisp rosemary lasagna, and spelt tagliatelle with squab and wild fennel.
