At Primo in the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, the refeshing layout—open kitchen, rustic-colored walls, intimate but spaced tables—underscores co-owner and executive chef Melissa Kelly's style of “simplicity, seasonality and freshness.” Produce and herbs are brought from the Primo organic garden to inspire Chef de Cuisine Juan Martinez's daily-changing Italian menu. Delicious dishes may include bread and fish soup with garden leeks and fresh oregano swirled with rouille, followed by desserts like fennel gelato and almond croccante.
