Incorporating both local and imported ingredients, the menu includes wood-fired pizzas, pastas like the black linguini with Florida rock shrimp, and entrées such as the grilled pork chop with polenta and sweet peppers. The restaurant also serves an innovative take on traditional tiramisu, made with Orlando Brewing’s organic porter instead of espresso.
