As the name implies, the specialty here is pho, the traditional Vietnamese soup with meat and rice noodles. This hole-in-the-wall restaurant serves over 20 variations of the classic soup, and Thai basil, bean sprouts, and lime can be added for extra flavor. The dining room is nondescript and full of tables, but atmosphere is not why customers return to Pho 75 time and again. The restaurant only accepts cash, so a visit to the ATM may be necessary before dining.
