New York's renowned pastry chef François Payard's café and shop, in the middle of Caesars Palace, turns out French classics such as beignets and quiche almost continuously from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. For dinner, the restaurant offers an indulgent three-course dessert tasting menu.
We loved: Seared-salmon salad; pistachio éclairs.
