After dominating the downtown dining scene for nearly two decades, <strong>Patina</strong> chef-restaurateur Joachim Splichal has launched a contemporary seafood place, inspired by fishing ports in Greece, Japan, Italy, Maine and California.
We loved: Crab salad served over tempura potatoes; house-cured salmon-pastrami Reuben sandwich.
