One of the first breweries in the country to can its craft beers rather than bottle them, Oskar Blues expanded its operations to include Grill & Brew, a full-service restaurant with its beers on tap. The dining room upstairs is covered with beer memorabilia and the basement downstairs houses a bar, arcade, and stage for daily live music ranging from rock and bluegrass to performances by the local high school jazz band. The menu focuses on Southern comfort food such as po’ boy sandwiches and jambalaya with dirty rice, and pizza and burgers are available. "Texas Toothpicks" (deep-fried jalapeño slices) are a signature side.
