Outfitted in cowhide furniture and Indonesian wall tiles, this restaurant in the new Hazelton Hotel is celebrity-sighting central during the Toronto International Film Festival. Chef Mark McEwan, a local star himself (<strong>Bymark</strong>, <strong>North 44</strong>), ages his own beef and goes for generous family-style sides, such as crisp <em>frites</em> with citrus aioli.
We loved: All-Canadian cheese lineup and globe-spanning wine list.
