On-the-Rocks
Located within the Eden Rock Hotel, exclusive (read as: reservations required) On-the-Rocks offers premium views of the turquoise waters of St. Jean Bay from its promontory location. The covered deck splits into three levels, so diners and drinkers can enjoy the views from virtually any seat. Much like the menu at his celebrated Spice Market in New York City, chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has chosen to focus on Asian-inspired street cuisine at On-the-Rocks, incorporating fresh local ingredients in dishes such as lobster in toasted garlic butter, seared Gulf shrimp in pumpkin puree, and grilled lamb chops with spicy chili sauce.

This atmospheric spot off Berkeley Square serves outstanding pub food at breakfast, like the Arnold Bennett smoked-haddock omelet, named for the early 20th-century author. At dinner, the menu reads like a great British food revival: fish-and-chips, lamb cutlets and roast chicken.
We loved: Ploughman's lunch with cheddar cheese, crusty bread and pickle; mixed grill, including lamb cutlet, sausage and kidney.
