One of the Bellagio’s more affordable dining options, this pan-Asian restaurant serves a wide variety of noodle dishes from Thailand, Japan, China, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Emphasizing natural materials, the Tony Chi—designed interior contains polished wood furniture, wall hangings of dried grass, and a backlit display of glass jars filled with various types of noodle. In addition to pasta dishes like the stir-fried crab vermicelli, the restaurant also serves other traditional entrées such as Cantonese-style roasted duck with plum sauce. On weekends, a lunchtime dim sum menu includes options like shrimp dumplings and barbecued pork buns.
