Nineteen, located at Dubai’s Montgomerie Hotel, overlooks the 18th hole of the hotel’s golf course and serves diners an inventive Asian and European fusion menu. The restaurant has an open kitchen and a dining room filled with black tables and red and white upholstered chairs. A recently revamped menu crafted by chef Peter Frost focuses on grill and rotisserie dishes; offerings include veal sweetbreads with Rosscoff jam and the veal cutlet with celeriac and potato dauphinois. More than 250 wines available, and there is a brunch is held on Fridays and a Saturday Roast.
