Santorini Island is home to this traditional, family-style Greek restaurant, run by the Tselios brothers, who started it in 1990 after their experience working stateside. The low-ceiling dining room is decorated in nautical colors and styles, and a model boat and sea barrel remind diners where the fare comes from. The menu changes often, based on what chef Kyriakos Telios finds fresh at the market each morning, but may include mussels with feta, stuffed vegetables, or eggplant dip. The drink menu includes local wines to pair with the locally sourced flavors.
