Known for its upscale Vietnamese cuisine, Nam Phan is housed in a renovated four-story villa surrounded by landscaped gardens. Inside, the candlelit dining rooms are decorated with polished wood furniture, carved stone walls, and marble floors topped with large flower vases. The spacious interior is often drafty, but Khai Silk scarves are on hand for diners who want them. The restaurant serves a variety of set lunch and dinner menus, as well as an à la carte menu, with possible dishes including fresh lotus root salad, and pan-fried lobster in sweet-and-sour sauce.
