From the From the May 2008 Food & Wine Go List
With spectacular views of the city's ridge forest (there's an outdoor terrace during winter months), a menu that reads like poetry and inventive neoclassic Chinese dishes such as foie gras topped with duck skin, the Delhi branch of My Humble House lives up to its Singapore and Beijing siblings' reputations. Contrary to the restaurant's name, the menu makes not-so-humble promises (“Drops of crystal rain, the soul of modernity, pure magic” to describe a duck preparation), but the food rarely disappoints.
We loved: The aforementioned duck: crispy-fried and steamed in sour plum sauce.
