Mister Parker’s is an eclectic bistro located just off the lobby of the Parker Palm Springs hotel. Beyond the velvet curtain entrance is a dining area that is more gentleman’s club than restaurant, with dark-wood paneling, a mirrored ceiling, and seductive artwork. Classic French cuisine is served here, including dishes like escargots de Bourgogne (Burgundy snails), confit de canard (fat-preserved duck), and le steak au poivre (peppercorn steak). Mister Parker’s is also known for its traditional caviar service. The fusion-style desserts include profiteroles (cream puffs), vanilla-roasted peaches, and curry ginger ice cream.
