From the May 2008 Food & Wine Go List
For his latest restaurant, chef Michael Schwartz (formerly of Nemo) chose Miami’s Design District, best known for its stylish shops. His excellent menu ranges from small snacks like deviled eggs to very large roasted local snapper. The wood-fired oven produces many of the best items, including pizza topped with slow-cooked pork and fontina.
We loved: Crisp hominy with chile and lime; grilled local swordfish with artichokes.
