For his latest restaurant, chef Michael Schwartz (formerly of <strong>Nemo</strong>) chose Miami’s Design District, best known for its stylish shops. His excellent menu ranges from small snacks like deviled eggs to very large roasted local snapper. The wood-fired oven produces many of the best items, including pizza topped with slow-cooked pork and fontina.
We loved: Crisp hominy with chile and lime; grilled local swordfish with artichokes.
