One of the signature restaurants at the Grosvenor House Dubai, Rhodes Mezzanine serves the culinary creations of British chef Gary Rhodes, enhanced by the technique and vision of head chef Paul Lupton. The dining room has white floors and walls accented by orange and red chairs and bright green screens. The menu is a fusion between Rhodes’s classic British cuisine and French flavors with dishes such as the white tomato soup amuse bouche and roast loin of lamb accompanied by broad beans and mutton hash.
