Michelin-starred chef Francis Cardnau and partners Jesper Boelskifte and Erik Witting operate this popular French bistro and wine bar, just south of the Danish Museum of Art & Design. With unstained wood floors, white linen-covered tables, a dark wood bar, and plenty of natural light, the atmosphere at Le Sommelier is elegant but refreshingly comfortable. The menu includes classic bistro dishes such as foie gras, steamed mussels, and cassoulet with pork shank. The wine menu, billed as one of the city's most extensive, lists selections from France, Italy, Spain, and even the United States.
