Melker Andersson and Danyel Couet, the team behind the Michelin-starred Fredsgatan 12, have brought a very un-Swedish sensibility—vivid colors, extravagantly rich cuisine—to Old Town. The restaurant is gilded and grandiose, its menu packed with high-ticket items like truffles and Champagne.
We loved: Arctic char poached with Champagne and topped with trout roe.
