Owned by brothers Gilbert and Jean-Louis Costes of the renowned Hôtel Costes, Le Georges opened in 2000 on the top floor of the Centre Georges Pompidou, home of the Musée National d'Art Moderne (National Museum of Modern Art). The minimalist interior is designed with contoured aluminum sheeting, exposed ceiling pipes, and sandblasted glass tables topped with single long-stem roses. Additionally, wall-to-wall windows and an outdoor terrace offer panoramic views of the city, including La Tour Eiffel. Incorporating Asian influences into classic French cuisine, the menu features fusion dishes like canard au caramel et au coco (duck with caramel and coconut).
