L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, New York
Located in the Four Seasons, the New York branch of celebrity chef Joël Robuchon's L’Atelier serves many of the signature French dishes made famous at the Paris original. Here, specialties like the beef and foie gras burgers are prepared by executive chef Xavier Boyer, who was trained by Robuchon himself. The Michelin-starred restaurant is furnished with light hardwoods, sleek black banquettes, and bright red chairs, but the most popular seating is at the counter facing the open kitchen. In addition to entrées and small plates, L’Atelier also has a tasting menu and an extensive wine list presented on an iPad.
