On the fourth floor of the Westfield San Francisco Centre in Union Square, Lark Creek Steak is an American steakhouse cuisine from chef Ismael Macias and his team. The restaurant has a wood-plank vaulted ceiling with track lighting, and pub chairs at the bar where guests can see the Emporium Dome. A chef’s counter enables guests to watch cooking demonstrations during lunch or dinner. Meat is provided by local farms, menus change to reflect seasonal ingredients, and 250 American wines are on hand. Steaks are grilled over fruitwood and charcoal embers and come in such cuts as New York Strip and filet mignon.
