Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s restaurants stretch around the world, from Shanghai to New York to this amazing location, perched over the Bora Bora Lagoon. High ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, polished hardwood floors, and a dark-stained wood bar set a confident, contemporary tone for dining in full view of Mount Otemanu. French-educated executive chef Romuald Feger helms the kitchen while Jean-Georges is elsewhere, and his menu is influenced by both French and Asian traditions.
