Frequented by Parisian ex-pats, this tiny bistro serves simple, authentic French fare in the Dong Khoi district. The restaurant is divided into two levels, each with only a handful of mosaic tables. On the bottom floor, additional seating spills out onto the sidewalk. The menu includes French staples such as steak frites and pissaladière, a pizza-like dish topped with caramelized onions, black olives, anchovies, and thyme. The French-Vietnamese owner often greets his patrons personally and offers complimentary samples of vanilla or passion fruit rum.
