L’Orénoc
Located in Hotel Le Méridien in the outskirts of the city near the convention center, L’Orénoc boasts a contemporary dining room complete with hardwood floors, faux leather seats, and a life-size jaguar statue. Chef Eric Brujan's menu includes a selection of 100% local dishes that are composed entirely of ingredients from within 200 km of Paris, such as the jellied braised rabbit starter, served with leek whipped cream and diced potatoes with hazelnuts, and a local freshwater fish tournedos, pan-seared and served with Jerusalem artichokes.
