No one does Greek cuisine more beautifully than budding superstar Michael Psilakis, who also owns <strong>Anthos</strong> in Midtown and the brand-new <strong>Mia Dona</strong> (with business partner Donatella Arpaia). The overflowing nightly crowds at Kefi—which serves homestyle Greek dishes rather than the modernized ones at Psilakis’s other two restaurants—have persuaded the chef to move Kefi into a bigger space this summer.
We loved: Sheep’s-milk dumplings with tomato, feta and spicy lamb sausage; mussels with gigante beans and feta.
