Justa Pasta Co.
Located in Northwest Portland, Justa Pasta Co. has been producing pasta in its current location since 1998. Roland Carfagno sells six pasta varieties, such as tagliatelle, whole wheat rigatoni, and spinach linguine, each pairable with sauces like putanesca, marinara, and alfredo. Blackboard specials change daily, depending on the seasons, available ingredients, and the chef’s whims. Options may include risotto with grilled prawns and cherry tomatoes, or roasted carrot and parsnip soup. For dessert, the eatery makes cheesecake and crème brulee in-house, along with ice cream. Justa Pasta has stand-alone, patio, and counter seating.
