Chef-owner Leonardo Jun Sakamoto reigns from the central sushi bar in this elegant but informal restaurant, one of Brazil’s best raw-fish spots. The omakase menu offers a thrilling mix of Japanese, French and Brazilian–inspired sushi preparations.

We loved: Tuna tartare with foie gras; oysters with ponzu sauce.
