Part of Jake's Hotel in Treasure Beach, Jack Sprat is a casual waterfront eatery with its own private beach on Calabash Bay. The bright yellow building is open to the sea breezes, and the interior contains a simple wooden counter, chalkboard menus, and walls made with rough-hewn logs, hung with reggae posters. There’s also an adjacent brick patio shaded by lignum vitae trees. The restaurant is best known for its pizzas, particularly the lobster pizza topped with garlic-basil sauce and mozzarella. Also popular are the jerk crab, conch soup, and Devon House ice cream in flavors like coconut and soursop.
