Ibiza Food & Wine Bar
Named after an island off Spain, Ibiza delights Houston's Montrose residents with a fusion of Spanish, Mediterranean, and French cuisine from the open kitchen of chef Charles Clark. A soundtrack mixed by a European music consultant plays softly in the dining room, which also features white tablecloths, pale maple furnishings, and sky-colored walls illuminated by large windows. The main focal point is a backlit wine wall showcasing Ibiza's more than 4,000 bottles, all of which are reasonably priced and complement signature dishes such as the Basque green pepper and crab bisque and the Moroccan grilled shrimp with goat cheese polenta.
