Seafood from Sendai province is the speciality, along with slow-cooked Wagyu beef, Kurobuta pork, and seasonal vegetables. Impeccable craftsmanship and plating are also integral to the Hinokiya experience. There's an extensive sake list which changes regularly, and the staff can recommend food pairings.
