The Heritage Court at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess
Located in the Fairmont Hamilton Princess hotel, The Heritage Court restaurant serves everything from small plates to full entrees for both lunch and dinner. The interior has British Colonial décor, including dark hardwood tables, white, paneled walls and pillars, model ships, and maritime paintings. Menu options include grass-fed New York strip steak, baked local rockfish with coconut curry, traditional Bermuda fish chowder, and Cuban pulled pork panini. Each day from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., the restaurant serves an English tea service, complete with finger sandwiches, pastries, and Devonshire clotted cream. The bar serves tropcial cocktails, including the Bermuda rum swizzle, and a live pianist performs nightly.

We loved: Bacony pan-roasted chicken with shell beans; smothered pork belly with hopping John and collard greens.
