This new Chinese noodle bar and lounge from chef Charles Phan of the Slanted Door offers a dozen or so classically influenced cocktails from Erik Adkins, like the Pan American Clipper (Calvados, absinthe and local grenadine). Other mixologists will soon contribute to the changing drink menu.
