The Headley

Like so many chefs, Daniel Clifford, owner of the two-Michelin-starred Midsummer House in Cambridge, made his second restaurant a casual place. Dishes range from simple, delicious Welsh rarebit and golden fish-and-chips to more elaborate smokedboudin noir and sautéed Parmesan cheese and truffle gnocchi.
