A traditional Argentine steakhouse, Graziano’s serves the classic parrillada (grilled meat prepared on skewers), but has set itself apart from area restaurants by offering a greater grilled variety, including blood sausage, free-range chicken, beef short ribs, and lamb. Meats are prepared in one of four ways—the grill, asador (barbecue), the wood-burning oven, or the infiernillo (open-air oven)—and are complemented by an impressive list of wines from Italy, Spain, and South America.
