Restaurang GQ (for gastronomic intelligence) is located in Ostermalm. The minimalist decor includes umber walls, brown leather seats and booths, and wood floors, and it's accented with vibrant pieces of modern art. Chef-owner Jurgen Grossman's fixed menu of three to five choices focuses on seasonal, organic, local products; options may include roast reindeer with pine nuts or grilled monkfish with pak choi and beans. The menu is also compatible with the Montignac Method — good fats and good carbohydrates. The adjoining wine bar has more than 600 selections.
