This octagonal timber bar is one of a number of shacks on Arawak Cay, just west of downtown, that serve traditional Bahamian food like fried grouper—earning the isle the nickname "The Fish Fry." Kick back with a locally brewed Kalik beer and a conch salad, and watch the lightning-fast chopping performance.
