Located in a one-story wooden building, the Flatbread Company in Paia is known for its use of organic ingredients from local farms. Under the corrugated metal roof and wide, exposed wooden beams, a stained concrete floor and streamlined wooden tables contribute to the restaurant's casual feel, but the large, wood-fired clay oven is the focal point of the dining room. Pizza toppings reflect the eatery's all natural philosophy: Surfing Goat Dairy cheese, Pele Pesto, and Haiku organic tomatoes are just a few of the ingredients available.
