Drawing A-list visitors like Simon Cowell and Mariah Carey, the covered, open-air restaurant is designed in a minimalist style with hardwood floors, white-clothed tables, and an open kitchen. The internationally influenced Mediterranean menu incorporates local ingredients and includes dishes like Thai green king prawn curry, and tuna tartare with mango salsa.
