From the May 2008 Food & Wine Go List
This decade-old pan-Asian restaurant in Bellavista—an artsy neighborhood known for its nightlife, colorful one-story houses and Pablo Neruda museum—is also the city's most unlikely wine destination. Its quirky list of 24 wines by the glass highlights special, great-value Chilean choices (a Gewürztraminer, for example—rare, since Chile only started making whites in the 1990s and still focuses on Chardonnays and Sauvignon Blancs) and trendy local ensamblajes (blends). The wine list is designed to offer seamless matches for the streamlined Asian dishes, such as grilled tuna with ginger.
We loved: Chinese noodles with shrimp and vegetables.
