Enoteca Drago is Sicily native Celestino Drago’s wine-focused restaurant and bar, which debuted in downtown Beverly Hills in 2004. Drago and managing partner Steven Piano feature Italian wine, though the Enoteca also sources bottles from other nations. At lunch, salads like Cose Buone (a chopped salad with romaine, radicchio, cannelloni beans, avocado, Gorgonzola, and crispy prosciutto) is especially popular. A brick oven yields pizzas like the Bomba, with mozzarella, caramelized onion, and black truffle. The bar is located beneath an arched ceiling. During the warmer weather, people flock to the railed sidewalk patio, brown umbrellas and awning overhead.
