Though it has undergone changes in management and location since its debut in the 1960's, Emma's Pizzeria in Kendall Square continues to create the same thin-crust pizzas that made it popular. Self-described as a "pizza shop stuffed into a restaurant," Emma's is a 40 seat eatery that offers more than 30 pizza toppings and 25 flavor combinations—think Canadian bacon, caramelized onions, rosemary sauce, and mozzarella.
