As one-third of the Ely group of restaurants, this wine bar supplies guests with 400 options by the bottle, of which, nearly 100 are served by the glass. The ground-level bar area is outlined by brick walls in a cozier setting, while downstairs, a grand wine cellar-like dining room is dome-shaped with a vaulted ceiling and walls made of stone. Owners Erik and Michelle Robson also run an organic farm in Clare, and supply beef and vegetables for entrees on the lunch and dinner menus. Dishes include carpaccio with parmesan, as well as different cuts of steak.
