El Dorado Kitchen
Inside the El Dorado Hotel, this restaurant has multiple options for dining: on the stone-patio shaded by a fig tree, in a private poolside cabana, next to the fireplace in the lobby, or in the large contemporary dining room, where parties can sit at a 21-foot table made from a single piece of wood. An exposed wood-beamed ceiling and floor, white walls, and a marble bar complete the space. Chef Armando Navarro executes a California-inspired menu with signatures like the Petaluma chicken with pumpkin purée and a wild mushroom risotto with mascarpone. A casual, all-day café is located next door.
