Ed Kenney and David Caldiero, the duo behind the hipster hangout <strong>Town</strong>, opened this neo-Med café inside the Hawai’i State Art Museum last year. It’s become the de facto canteen for power brokers and the artsy set.
We loved: Seared duck breast with kabocha squash and kumquat chutney; Manila clams in saffron broth.
