Dim Sum Go Go
The winged logo and sleek metallic and bright red design that front this Chinatown joint set the tone for the whole Dim Sum Go Go experience. The brainchild of French-American food writer Colette Rossant and Hong Kong chef Guy Lieu, this nouvelle take on traditional Dim Sum offers a variety of western-influenced delectables including hamburger in a steamed bun with ginger sauce, parsley dumplings filled with jícama, and the signature Go Go roast chicken with fried garlic stems. Atmosphere, as befits any truly casual Dim Sum establishment, is low key and no-frills, but notably clean and bright.
